What's the Grand Opening offer?
The first 100 members who sign up get 3 months free. After the free period, you'll be billed for a full 12-month membership. The Access+ pack is also available at $750 as a launch price, in limited quantity.
What counts as peak hours?
Weekdays after 5 p.m., weekends, and public holidays. Everything else is off-peak.
How do Access and Access+ packs work?
You don't have to be a member to buy a pack. The account holder books for the whole group and hours come out of their balance, in PlayByPoint they show up as club credits. 1 court-hour for 4 players = 4 credits.
Example: John buys an Access+ pack and books a 2-hour court for 4 players, 8 credits deduct from his balance, his friends don't need a pack.
Hour packs are reserved through PlayByPoint by selecting one of the two plans available at $0. This secures your hour pack plan. Payment is completed on site.
Access hours have no expiry. Access+ is a grand-opening bonus pack, unused hours expire after 12 months and revert to the standard visitor rate.
Can I play without being a member?
Yes, walk-in rate per session ($48 peak / $40 off-peak), or per person in a group of 4 ($12 / $10). 3-day booking window. Access and Access+ packs are also open to non-members and offer the best benefit with discounted & shareable hours.
How many players fit on a court?
6 of the 9 courts accommodate up to 6 players, for even more savings when you come in a group.
